HOW AND WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM ME
If you would like PROPERTY TAX EXPERTS, INC to represent you in your tax appeal, we will enter into a Contingency Fee Agreement, which spells out the responsibilities of Property Tax Experts, Inc. to the property owner and the property owner’s responsibilities.
Upon both parties signing the agreement and the property owner paying the petition filing fee:
I will handle the entire appeal process from filing your petition to collecting and analyzing the property data, to attending and presenting your case before a Special Magistrate.
- I will handle the entire appeal process from timely filing your petition to collecting and analyzing the property data to attending and presenting your case before a Special Magistrate.
- I will come out to your property to meet the owner.
- I will have the owner give me a tour of the interior and exterior structure of the property.
- I will take pictures of the interior and exterior.
