What are my out-of-pocket expenses?
The only expense of the property owner is the per property processing fee of $40.00. All other expenses are the sole cost of Property Tax Experts, Inc.

When may I expect to have my case heard?
The County Value Adjustment Board schedules your hearing by computer. Depending upon when and what types of property they start with, your petition may be heard anytime from late October to June of the following year.
