No! Our contingency fee is a fixed rate, whether your tax refund is $1,000.00 or $75,000.00.

When may I expect to have my case heard?
The County Value Adjustment Board schedules your hearing by computer. Depending upon when and what types of property they start with, your petition may be heard anytime from late October to September of the following year.
